Our future team will include:

Software Engineering: Developers skilled in Python, Node.js, Electron, and cross-platform desktop applications. Experience with secure .exe packaging, local-first architecture, and performance-optimized builds is preferred.

AI/ML Development: Candidates should be comfortable working with open-source models and non-cloud inferencing frameworks, UI/UX Design, Interface designers with an eye for clean, intuitive experiences across both enterprise and consumer apps. Experience in responsive layouts, design systems, and strong collaboration with engineering teams is valued.

Product Management: Leaders who can think strategically, define roadmaps, and execute under pressure, across both enterprise tools and public-facing products like Drift. Knowledge of privacy-first product design, HIPAA/GDPR constraints, and ethical AI implementation is a plus.

Marketing & App Store Strategy: Professionals who understand how to launch and scale privacy-first products in both enterprise and public markets. We’re looking for people who know how to position unique tools. Especially on app stores and digital platforms, and how to build brand trust from the ground up.

Strategic Thinkers & Visionaries: We also welcome applicants who don’t fit into standard roles but bring rare insight, philosophical depth, or visionary thinking. If you’ve ever designed your own framework, rethought how intelligence works, or challenged accepted paradigms, we want to meet you. This company was built on ideas that didn’t exist five years ago.
